I have returned just last night (2 hours ago) from Muzaffarabad. Its really a worthseeing place. Pir Chunnasi, watching River Kunhar from the top, domel, many more places are woeth seeing. weather is tolerable and people aqre very loving. I want to spend more time and want to watch more places in AJK.

Best value for money is on AJK Tourism (Government) booking. The detail was available till last year on their website, however now the site tourism.ajk.gov.pk is shown as under maintenance. Their booking office is in Muzaffarabad.
Another good option is through AJK Water Board (their WAPDA) rest house at Jagran, Kutton
